All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Pixel Ginie or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Work created for clients becomes the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment Terms

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in the individual project terms. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
